Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vitavest, we aim to deliver measurable value on every engagement. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the terms under which you may cancel a service or request a refund. By purchasing any Vitavest service or package, you agree to these terms.
1. Free Consultation
The initial 30-minute consultation is provided at no charge. No payment is collected at this stage, so no refund is applicable.
2. Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you have made a payment and wish to cancel before any substantive work has begun (defined as before we have requested or received your documents, or begun any filing or advisory work), you are entitled to a full refund, provided the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced
Once substantive work has begun — including but not limited to document review, ITR preparation, GST filing, or investment advisory — the following proportional deduction applies:
- Work 0–25% complete: 75% refund of the service fee paid.
- Work 26–50% complete: 50% refund of the service fee paid.
- Work 51–75% complete: 25% refund of the service fee paid.
- Work more than 75% complete or fully delivered: No refund.
The percentage of work completed will be assessed by Vitavest in good faith and communicated to you in writing before any deduction is made.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Government filing fees, challan payments, or statutory charges paid on your behalf (e.g. advance tax, late fees).
- Services where the deliverable has been fully completed and handed over (e.g. filed ITR acknowledgement received, investment executed).
- Annual package fees where more than 75% of the contracted services have been utilised.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Vitavest is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries. You will receive a written confirmation once the refund is initiated.
6. Service Delivery Failure
In the unlikely event that Vitavest is unable to deliver an agreed service due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service, regardless of timing.
7. Package Downgrades
If you have purchased an annual package and wish to downgrade to a lower tier, the difference in plan value will be credited to your account for use against future Vitavest services. Cash refunds for downgrades are not available once services under the higher plan have commenced.
8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please escalate in writing to info@vitavest.co.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review and respond within 5 business days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, as stated in our Terms of Service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. The current version is always available on this page.
