- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
Step 2 — Escalate to SEBI SCORES
- If your complaint relates to mutual fund advisory or distribution services and remains unresolved after 10 business days, you may escalate to the SEBI SCORES Portal.
- Visit: https://scores.sebi.gov.in
- SEBI will take up the matter with Vitavest and ensure a resolution within the prescribed regulatory timeframe.
